I used to often describe myself feeling as if I was a Golden Retriever in a gym full of tennis balls. 

As cute as the visual is, it felt exhausting. Running around after all these things when in fact I wanted to feel like a Golden Retriever chasing one ball with her tongue sticking out on a deserted beach. You feel me?

I needed to design a formula to let all my dreams come out and at the same time create focus, strategy, and design a way of being that would allow me to enjoy the process.
