As your Embrace Coach, I create experiences, products, and services that get YOU clear on what you want, why you want it, and how to get it so that you can create and live the lifestyle that makes your eyes light up. I am your go-to for clarity, vision, goal setting, love, and inspiration.

I live my life in such a way to remind you love is the foundation upon which everything else is built. That listening to the still small voice, taking chances, and playing full out is always worth it. From 1:1 sessions, group sessions, online workshops, speaking engagements, teaching, certifying coaches, and sharing tools, I am on a mission to EMPOWER, EQUIP and EMBRACE you to live a life that you love.

It’s all about the love. I speak, think, and act from a place of love.

I love…my family, going after my goals, reading, romance, traveling, jetskiing, stylish clothes and heels.

Health is…cleansing physically, emotionally and spiritually, eating your greens, taking your supplements, exercise, running, dancing, taking naps, going to the spa, meditation, laughter that makes your belly hurt, quality time with your loved ones.

Freedom is…discovering new places, loving as if you’ve never been hurt, having the right to be, and do more of what makes you happy.

Doing what you please with your time, money, and creative expression. Being authentically you.

Fun is…spontaneous hangouts with strangers who become friends, living room dance parties, giggles, falling in love, random gift giving, celebrations, travel, and everything that makes your heart beat a little faster.

VISION

If no one knows what your dreams are, how can they help you make them a reality?

Many of my clients reveal that I am the only person with whom they discuss their vision and goals. I want to change that. Imagine a world where we openly shared our deepest desires and supported one another in fulfilling these? I get goosebumps at the thought. It can be scary to reveal these parts of ourselves. I believe that this is a good thing. Fear reminds us that we care deeply about something, that we are alive. But fear should not control us.

I see a world where people are happy, doing what they love, and making a difference in the world. I see people who are vibrantly healthy, contagiously alive and radiant. I see powerful relationships, support, and joyful communities. I see a world where time and financial freedom are possible. Where people can fulfill their ideal definition of balance. Where people feel free, spend time in nature, play, and make their dreams a reality. I see a world that is loving and beautiful. Impossible, you think? Not at all...You must see it before you can live it.

I focus on helping you set goals for your soul to feel fully alive. The goals that make you tingle. The goals that

connect you to your life’s purpose. That turn your light into a raging fire. We may talk about those “push” goals from time to time such as getting your taxes and closet in order so that your life runs smoothly. You can count on us infusing a healthy dose of upbeat tunes to make typically mundane things exciting.

I have more goals than I will probably accomplish in this lifetime. Knowing this forces me to focus on a select few at a time based on a given theme. Go...With Focus is the theme guiding 2018. WHERE I COME FROM

Born in Lufkin, Tx. I am a country girl with a city girl flare. I am blessed with the best parents in the world! Yes...I Am Biased!! My parents are my biggest supporters and have always given me a platform to spread my wings. Without them I wouldn’t be the woman I am, and am becoming. They have taught me to soar.

My parents are my biggest influencers in my life. Having introduced me to personal development at a young age and to reach for my dreams, I wouldn’t be doing what I do if it wasn’t for them. They never cease to amaze me with their work ethic and dedication to loved ones. They taught me to be positive, to love hard, to live through all emotions, and to stand up for myself. All simply by being who they are.

I’M THE OLDEST CHILD

My brother, Michael has such a big heart. I call him, my big teddy bear. He is such a supporter and encourager. He has given me the honour of being an aunt. I have two nephews and 4 nieces. They inspire me to be a little better each day, for them.

I’M MARRIED WITH CHILDREN

My husband, Bradford Lowe Sr., my best friend, biggest cheerleader and my king. Before you get all spiritual on me -Jesus Christ is MY KING...The Lord of My Life. Now we can continue...he is handsome, intelligent, strong, and brave. I am blessed to have my soul mate who treats me like a queen. Brad is always there to support, encourage, inspire me to do better and motivate me to achieve my dreams. I am blessed to be his wife. We do not have a perfect marriage but it is the perfect marriage for us. I am thankful to God for blessing me with him. He makes my sweetest dreams comes true. If you are waiting on your king... I pray he is all that you are praying for.

Together, we have created a beautiful family that we love and are so proud of. Bradford, Jr., Konnie and Beyonce' bring me so much joy. Each one has the key to my heart and my love for them is immeasurable. I thank them for loving me for who I am...that means the good and the not so good. I have learned so much from them. I am proud of them and they can and will achieve all their dreams.

I’M A PROUD MiMi (Grandmother) and NeNe/Nana (Godmother)

MiMi... A name I love to hear. What a blessing! My grandson, Jordan makes me melt when he calls my name. I become putty in his hands and he knows it. I love being his MiMi. His smile is contagious and he keeps me on my toes. He is all boy and has super power energy. Lol. I am smitten.

NeNe/Nana... My Godchildren's name for me. I feel blessed their parents trust my husband and me to be difference makers in their lives. I am grateful to God for the joy that they bring to my life and the quality time we share.
